Return Policy

Returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and documentation. Personalized/engraved items are final sale unless damaged or defective.

To return: Email support@plasticengraving.com with your order number and reason. Wait for return authorization; unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refunds & exchanges: Refunds issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we inspect the return. Shipping charges non‑refundable unless our error. If an approved return is damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund, including original shipping.

Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless error is ours. Use a trackable service and consider insurance; we aren’t responsible for lost shipments.

Damaged/defective on arrival: Inspect upon receipt and report damage, defect, or missing items within 7 days to qualify for replacement or refund.

Cancellations: Cancel within 24 hours for no penalty. After 24 hours, cancellations may be denied if order is in production.
